Bill I have been playing since 20 year old and played in big matches. We won the London Camberwell championship two years running. Still play every week and even after two hours with my Grandson I had to go back in the evening for another two hours against some very good players. Guess I'm lucky to still be fit enough to do it. Keeps me fit for the race tracks.
