A CX Honda was the most reliable bike I ever had, used it for despatch riding back in the 1980s; had to replace a water seal and generator at first but it was very S/h anyway sw 100k miles on it before letting it go, Should have kept it but needed an ignition switch and discs, which cost more than bike was worth. Went to a BMW RT800? after that and that was the biggest pile of crap I have ever owned.

But thankfull for reasonable health as I approach
80 and still ride a poxy scooter, only pills I take are vitamin supplements.

Big draw back for the CX was my little legs, I know all about its top heavy-ness............
