Yes, Will, I have looked at it very closely. I really do like V twins but say £6k for a bike that does exactly what my Strom does seems a bit pointless.

Really, I need to find something very different - probably another old clunker (ahem, I mean classic, naturally!) of some description. I'm unlikely to sell the Strom as they are so reliable and great for anything, particularly the odd ride with my mate on his RT and with my wife who won't countenance a small, old classic pillion perch! But, I barely go out on it whereas I was out on the AJS all the time. I only sold it as I'd lost all confidence in its 'restorer'. By the time it went it seemed perfect but my heart wasn't in it anymore
