Its getting quite funny Jerry. 10 new coffee shops, 6 turkish barbers, 6 thai nail bars, at least 25 fast food shops. A shop that has been shut 18 years has just been bought as a well being hub whatever that is. 1000s of new houses just built and they have built a massive lake to hold all the run off water that previously drained into the field. There is no work in this Town at all yet we have this huge building programme going on. The road to Exeter is 10 miles yet in a car, it takes 1 hour 20 minutes to cover that at 8am.
Maybe the boat people are coming sooner than we thought.
Another closure this week is Santander and the large cafe and cake shop next to it closed due to lack of sales. Opposite that, the chip shop closed.
We recently gained the biggest coffee shop taking up the whole of the closed down post office, Royal Mail parcels and vehicle depot. Next to it is Costa coffee. Good thing is, we are getting an Aldi so we have about 14 supermarkets in Town now
