Exmouth new pub

yes, someone is going to open a new pub as most have shut down in the last few years.
Mostly elderly people here so they think it will be great to have an American themed pub called Harleys.
I know of one Harley in Exmouth ridden by a 74 year old and he does have the beard and drinks beer.
This will become another failure after the closing of the busiest pub due to it making no profit to pay the staff. Seafront one has closed and being altered and that one did have a lot of Summer customers.
So, maybe we will get all the Harley riders coming to Exmouth trying to run over all the doddery old people walking around in the roads after escaping from the rest homes.
The pub that used to house the Harley riders in Town closed as there were only 3 riders. The pigeon fanciers pub closed as all the pigeon owners died of lung diseases.
Working mens club closed as no one was working any more

Plenty of electricians but none of them drink. Too busy working full time and many hours.

They closed one of the nicest coffee house in Exmouth then opened a new one in the post office
Have to go to Specsavers sometime they will want to Flog me new hearing aids that's if I manage to park

Its getting quite funny Jerry. 10 new coffee shops, 6 turkish barbers, 6 thai nail bars, at least 25 fast food shops. A shop that has been shut 18 years has just been bought as a well being hub whatever that is. 1000s of new houses just built and they have built a massive lake to hold all the run off water that previously drained into the field. There is no work in this Town at all yet we have this huge building programme going on. The road to Exeter is 10 miles yet in a car, it takes 1 hour 20 minutes to cover that at 8am.
Maybe the boat people are coming sooner than we thought.
Another closure this week is Santander and the large cafe and cake shop next to it closed due to lack of sales. Opposite that, the chip shop closed.
We recently gained the biggest coffee shop taking up the whole of the closed down post office, Royal Mail parcels and vehicle depot. Next to it is Costa coffee. Good thing is, we are getting an Aldi so we have about 14 supermarkets in Town now

Geoff you forgot the Woodbury surgery has taken patients of their books nobody from Exmouth now as they are overwhelmed we have patients from Topsham that has it's own surgery? also the list goes to people as far as the A30 and Ottery St Mary

I have just spent 3 days trying to get the prescription team to allocate the correct diabetes tablets. They now say they will call me when someone is available. Meanwhile, i have no tablets for next week. Crazy set up locally as i have appointments in Eexter, Tiverton, Sidmouth and very rarely, Exmouth where i have my annual eye screening and aneurysm measurement. If anyone can open a hospital locally, there are a lot of patients ready to call in.
I can usually sort out all the errors but it involves driving to the centre and chemists multiple times knocking out a lot of exhaust fumes. I am heating up the atmosphere locally on my own.

I still maintain that Geoff is an ambassador for keep the rest of Britain away from Devon, and doing a jolly fine job of it too.
