How is it the American President's job to somehow guarantee performance of a UK subject's pension plan?

He's doing exactly what the majority of Americans hired him to do ... Eliminating mountains of waste and fraud from the government, stopping the invasion of tens of millions of illegal invaders, and correcting the trade imbalances from 130 countries that have been charging us tariffs when we haven't been charging them.

If it means that we can't buy nickel-and-dime plastic Chinese crap for a while, that's fine with us.
