Yes, its marketed by Fuchs here Leon. I am finding that these wide range viscosity oils are a real benefit with kick start bikes. The bike also settles down to a tickover in about 30 seconds of start up.
The T120r engine has been built for 15 years so far and not much wear going on. I change oil every year as it only takes about 5 pints and cheaper than another rebuild if neglected
