Pick-up player forms must also be filled out and signed by either Joe O or myself prior to going to States. If they are not signed by either Joe O or myself prior to your arrival at states your pick-up players will not be allowed to participate.

Pick-up players do not go on the online team roster form mentioned in the earlier post.
