The USA Softball slow pitch strike zone is a three-dimensional space over home plate, extending from the batter's highest shoulder (the back shoulder) to the bottom of their front knee, in their natural batting stance. Any legally pitched ball passing through this zone is a strike, regardless of where it lands.
