Yes Jon, salty. Yes to restoring a car(actually a truck) lately. In watching cars for sale on this site, I don't recall any except Ivan's that had a price tag that high. And those are finished cars. Regarding the 2 that cost over $200K to finish, just because someone spends that kind of money restoring a vehicle doesn't make it worth that amount or more - it's been proven thousands of times at auctions, sales, etc. The car or any car is worth what the next buyer pays for it. If I see that it sells for his $85K or close to it, I'll say I was wrong. In the meantime, I think it's salty.
