I ordered My 69 SS427 when the 69 models came out while I worked as a Chevy Tech. It was built the 3rd week of December 1968. My Christmas to Myself. Le-Mans blue, black interior, stereo multiplex, m21, 373 posi, and red lines with blue wheels. I had custom 2 1/2 tailpipes made with straight pipes out the back. I did not like the pipes coming out the side when the air pump backed off. I showed it at the 69 Dqytona 500 and all the shows, while it was a daily driver. It is being restored now. My body man is slow but good. NICK L72
