The seller has a picture of the VIN in the Google link he posted....obviously HE listed the VIN incorrectly when he first placed the ad on eBay, as it used to have a 'Y' in it instead of the 'T' now shown. 4 months to build a car is not unusual.....10 or 11 months is.
