Hey Nick, Thanks for the info. I was told that the "512" was a COPO block. I didn't know if that is how the warranty blocks were ordered. This motor is in my '68 Impala SS Convertible. It is the same car that is in the project car section of the website. I believe it is an L72 car. It does have the aluminum intake and single fuel line. It also has the 6000 rpm redline tach.
