Good morning guys, I am planning on taking out my 1968 427 and having it rebuilt. It runs now but I think the heads need work and the cam is getting flat. The question I have is I have original A/C with R 12 that works great. I do not want to break down the A/C. Has anyone had any luck just pushing the compressor to the side and leaving it connected and pulling the motor. Please let me know what you think.
