Boring is in the eye of the beholder, of course. I find soccer, golf and baseball to be boring but golf dominates Saturday afternoon TV in the summer - sometimes it is on 3 of the 4 networks at the same time.

I am not a drag racing fan (sadly, I've never gone to one even though I live less than 10 miles from a premier drag racing facility - who knows? I may love it!).

But, the point was that Danica is breaking all of sorts of barriers (real or imagined) to women in racing and in drag racing they have not only been broken, they have been shattered to a million pieces (and they have been for decades thanks to Shirley Muldowney). Women have been winning in this male dominated sport for a long, long time.
