Red Bull wanted both their cars to finish. That was more important to the team than which order they finished in. That's why one team has a #1 and a #2 driver. Often the #2 driver is used to impede their rivals while #1 takes off or it can be used as a "Rabbit" and then be sacrificed to fall back later to make the other teams push their tires and cars much harder than they would like. Whatever you see, there is usually a lot of thought behind it. That's what I like about F1 and that's what's usually lost on American fans like our friend from South Florida who much prefer to see drivers pass each other time and time again with each and every pass virtually meaningless because a caution will be thrown to bunch the field for the "fans" every 15-20 laps to make a "show" for the morons ...er... fans. But, to each their own.
