it happened back then...Cevert handed Jackie a few wins to be sure things went as planned for Sir Jackie. They didnt do via a radio like now but Cevert knew when to stay in line to be sure Jackie got the win and points.

And in Cup they've done it at the drafting tracks. I remmeber once Dale E Sr talking about it with Mike Skinner staying behind him and helping Dale get the win.
