I'll be across the street from one in about an hour. There are several here in Cincinnati, three that I can put my finger on right off the top of my head, and probably more. I don't think they are as good as they once were, and not up to the Arthur Treachers standard, but that chain is long gone. Captain D's does a pretty good fish. Those crispy bits seem to be something they think are special so anything gets a dose of them, except maybe the drinks.
