...finding good fish to eat on Friday night is not the problem. Finding fish on a lunch break from work is. They just can't do it on a fast food chain basis Maybe that is why Chicago is a hotdog town. They are almost all individually family owned. I feel that keeps them more in tune with the customers needs. I bet those fast food fish places know they are serving crap, but they are unable to do anything about it.
