To be fair they had Ray Rice on camera hitting his wife, if there was some piece of evidence like that with Kurt Busch that was that obvious sure I'd be ok with the suspension before a trial or anything. But barring something like that I really think you have to let the legal process play itself out before you make a decision to ruin a person's life.
