Well, even though I had to tilt my head up I would still call tonight a sunset moon, mostly due to the moon's interaction with Venus.
Seems it depends on how long you sit out ....e.g. one hour after the sun goes down, till dark.. etc. The longer you sit the more the moon comes into the sunset. But if its dark outside then its not really a sunset any more
