Gracias everyone. I must have been lucky and not got a lot of venom when I stepped on it because 400mg of ibuprofen and two gel tabs of Benadryl done twice six hours apart did the job. Pain level 3-4 out of ten, not as bad a the stingray that got me a few months ago 8 pain level (hot water 110-115 degrees deactivated that venom) nor the centipede stings of Hawaii 10 of 10 pain or stepping on a yellow jacket also 10 on my pain meter. I will definitely get some Cloropiramina 25mg to have on hand. Mahalos
