That website is the La Manzanilla message board where the locals and others can post various comments and questions.
There is also a Facebook group called La Manzanilla life where there is a lot more action (if you do face book)

You picked an interesting time to post as the webcam has been down for the past two or three days (day's get blurry here). I am going to Manzanillo tomorrow and hope to get what is needed to get it back online.
