Wayne, you need to upgrade to a 800 series receiver, we switched our 630 DVR to a 830 DVR and you have to have a Canadian address. Our Canadian provider could NOT get ship a new one to a friend to bring down, you have to order through SHAW directly. I bought a used one that a friend was selling in Barra and we had to do a factory re-set to get channels on that receiver. Do NOT connect the receiver to internet, if you do, SHAW will know that you are in Mexico...
