Our Canadian provider could NOT get ship a new one to a friend to bring down, you have to order through SHAW directly. I bought a used one that a friend was selling in Barra and we had to do a factory re-set to get channels on that receiver. Do NOT connect the receiver to internet, if you do, SHAW will know that you are in Mexico...
