We arrived in La Manzanilla for the first time last Feb 15. After talking to people they said “we just missed the rodeo it was last week”. I didn’t see any rodeo grounds while we were there but kinda assumed they were talking about La Manzanilla. Is there anything around in the first two weeks of Feb?
