Have been right across the street for 17 years and when the Mafi came to town that is when the music was controlled, they want the tourist here.
In case I need them I have very good ear plugs, we are in their country and Holidays are their way to celebrate.
The day I see that their doors are open I go in and kindly ask them that after 11pm there is no music in town... so I am told the law says.
If they would shut their doors and turn the music down a little it would be ever so nice.
They always comply as they can still party without being offensive to others. It is their way they did not know. So if you are bothered, just stop in and nicely ask them no music after 11pm.
If that does not work, and it always has for me, then go to the Delgado and ask for assistance, in a gentle way.
If you need a set of ear plugs I will gladly share with you. They are wax and you can hear nothing thru them.
