Amazon Home Warranty customer service... my plumbing issue was assigned to an AC/Heat Company, twice! Which delayed a serviceman coming out for 4 days, but once I got my Salesman Eric involved, I was assigned within minutes to a plumber who contacted me within minutes and with 24 hours of Eric getting involved my plumbing was fixed. The property is 2 hours away and I will be back there soon, but from my communications with the plumber, I feel everything is fine.
