The reality is that only a small portion of Ukrainian companies are truly ready for international investment. Experts at the Industrial Recovery Fund of Ukraine claim that only 1 in 50 candidate companies are considered investment-ready. The biggest problem is outdated corporate governance, lack of clear financial reporting, and sloppy ownership structures.
