I’ve been following this discussion and it’s interesting how it connects to everyday life without people really planning it that way. I don’t really use any apps for self-reflection, but I do pay attention to how different parts of my day affect my mindset. Even small things like how I organize my workspace or how often I step away from screens seem to influence my focus more than I expected. I’ve been experimenting with just adjusting those small habits naturally instead of trying to control everything. It’s not really a system, more like slowly noticing what works and what doesn’t over time.
