A while back I spoke w/Jaime Throckmorton,the TIR general manager.
He said that the 2013 X Mod rules were a cut&paste from the Cruces website...
It's my understanding that the NAPA rules pkg. For X Mods is also a cut &paste of the Cruces rules.
The 100 lb. Weight differential between NAPA last season&SNMS is now gone.
Rules are identical...including allowing the Holley carb.
