Jay, I really don't think they are much faster if any but what I can say is the racing is just as fun as long as there are cars to race with, whether its for 1st or last you get two or three together for the same position its fun. What is more fun is being able to drastically change the handling on the car by making changes to the set-up at the track. I have 7 or 8 holes on one side that I could stick the trailing arm in and four on the other side, J-bars, pull bars, and of course everything that we could do on the stock cars as well. To me playing with the set-up is more fun in X-Mod. It is much faster and easier to work on most of it too. Now don't get me wrong, I think every driver should drive stock cars to cut their teeth, plus it's too much fun to miss out on.
