Good thing is you dont have to get it, this is a request from the a-mods, they got the bonus money themselves, and agreed to have the x-mods start in front. If you knew anything about these cars, some of these guys will do just fine. Las Cruces has x-mods that run with their a-mods and will finish in the top 10. Some are not to slow.
