Just so you know sir, this is not going to be the first time the x-mods have raced with the a-mods. It has already happened this season and some folks probably didn't even realize it. The difference is now that thanks to Danny Romero at Action Align the x-mods now have incentive bonus purse money for logging some extra laps on race night, pretty cool stuff going on to help build up our local track.
To answer your question, yes the chip is a big difference and the two classes do have a different set of rules. But we're all still going to see some great racing, should be fun!
