I personally think why Las Cruces/ El Paso and Tulie do so well is because they all work together and figure out whats best for the fans and racers and coordinate it with their schedules. And now you have Butch Reid working things in Carlsbad so you know thats gonna erupt like wildfire. Great job Butch!
