El Paso/Las Cruces both run by the same people.
In between the two...lies the dormant Santa Theresa race track..different owner/promoter.
Sandia/Valencia county different entities.
Safe to say the two principles didn't exchange Christmas cards, last year.
It could work.
Or not...
