I think it's great, allowing the imca northern & Southern sport mods to run with the X mods...that seems to be the wave of future, as far as big shows go.
Question is how/who's gonna do tech per each class?
The big 4th of July show in Grants there was a northern based car, claiming to be an X mod.
Problem was...
He brought along imca legal motor enhancements that were X mod illegal.
More or less of a "best of both worlds" kinda deal.
That kind of Mix&match rules needs to be addressed.
Hopefully you have people doing tech who are versed in all the rules...and will enforce accordingly.
