I agree and disagree, Yes, IMCA sucks; Yes, Fegan is not easy to deal with; Yes, I too will not convert to IMCA to race locally or anywhere for that matter. However I agree with Joe, the wing deal doesn't look like its going to happen, just not any real interest on a consistent basis. Bless Chuck for everything he has done and surely will continue too, but I just don't see any growth here. Likewise Late Models guys were trying to put together a race and were shot down because of "low" car count. To me its a joke, how can you say 2-4 cars is a race but 6-8 isn't? That's the hypocrisy here and that is a problem that will likely keep more drivers away. I truly hope for nothing but the best for ABQ racing, but this is not for me anymore than IMCA is, and that's not a bash to the drivers that drive in either, it is a reflection of those running the system.
