I talked to Sherman Barnett last month when I was in El paso,he told me that there was a zoning meeting coming up shortly in order to get final authorization to begin.
All of the equipment has been purchased(bleachers,concessions etc.).
Fito Gallardo's construction company will do the work.
The track is to be located at the Vado exit in between Las Cruces & El Paso.
I was told it's on the Northwest corner adjacent to the interstate.
