If you are doing 2 Chocolate cakes and 1 serving of Super Oats muffins, you are already taking in some extra calories with the additions. I known..not much...but we must account for all calories here. The bar is another 140/150 calories so your total for the day looks something like this:
Cake#1-110+15=125
Cake#2-110+15=125
Super Oats Muffins-140+15=155
Nutrition bar-150
Total- 555
So that is your approx current baseline depending on if you are adding anything to the recipes other then an egg white. 555 calories is not much. At that level it will allow you to lose pretty rapidly. If you add another 1/2 serving it's 55 calories for a total of 610. Getting up there!
Low carb veg is fine as long as you don't consider them freebies. it's easy to overdo. Any carbohydrate will give your body easy access to the sugar it breaks down in to so your body will burn that before stored body fat. If your talking just some plain cucumbers or celery or leafy greens...not a problem. If you get in to things like broccoli or cauliflower or or other cooked veg it is easy to overdo. Are you just needing something to chew?
There is no answer to how much people lose. If some is 100% SS then the average is 3 to 7 lbs per week. it will vary week to week. But most of us are not 100% Ss so that factors in.
Lean protein is a good option. It will not stimulate your appetite or insulin production. Scrambled egg whites (15 calories each) or a couple slices skinless white meat chicken or turkey was my go-to extra.
If you find your weight loss stalling then you want to eliminate the obvious additions including the bar until you get to losing again.
