Yes..that works best for me too. I have my additions like the liquid egg whites and unsweetened almond milk I use for my Cambridge baked items, but other then that I do best 100% SS. The beauty of Cambridge is that we can adapt it to our personal needs and lifestyle and still succeed. The important thing is to keep track if adding anything and have ALL you servings each day.
