Yes..that is unusual. One thing that nutritionists recommend to their overweight clients is to drink hot broth or soup before their meals to curb appetite. Something about hot liquid in the tummy. I suppose tea would do the same...but I like the slight saltiness of the broth.

We are in the 80's here with clear blue sunny skies. Not necessarily optimal for a melanoma patient like me, but I can enjoy it from the shade! lol!
