One of my favorite sayings.

I've always made a point of trying not to judge people who are struggling in life. I always ask this question first, "What did they have to work with?"

While watching episodes of "My 600 Pound Life", my husband can at times get very opinionated about the people on there. He's never personally dealt with that kind of obesity so I can't judge him either. It's an opportunity to share with him my experience as an obese person.

So yes, to quote Maya Angelou,“Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.” Wise words.
