I knew of one naturally very slender lady who volunteered the secret to how she stayed so thin. She said she if she was hungry she would eat but if she was not hungry she would not eat for a day or sometimes two. It worked great for her. The problem with me is I continue to eat even when NOT hungry and need to learn to reign in my compulsions and impulsivity. I used green tea and HTTP combined which seems to help if I remember to stay on the supplements. I will try to follow the slender lady example and only eat if hungry. It will be 2 shakes and a meal for me this week.
I weighed in before going to get my Driver's License renewed and did lose 10 pounds. I will come back in to give encouragement if someone needs it;
