Off Until After Mother 's Day Lost 10 Pounds Posted by MaryL on 5/7/2018, 12:01 pm Hi All. Too much is happening this week. I will try to not eat like a maniac when I do eat. I knew of one naturally very slender lady who volunteered the secret to how she stayed so thin. She said she if she was hungry she would eat but if she was not hungry she would not eat for a day or sometimes two. It worked great for her. The problem with me is I continue to eat even when NOT hungry and need to learn to reign in my compulsions and impulsivity. I used green tea and HTTP combined which seems to help if I remember to stay on the supplements. I will try to follow the slender lady example and only eat if hungry. It will be 2 shakes and a meal for me this week. I weighed in before going to get my Driver's License renewed and did lose 10 pounds. I will come back in to give encouragement if someone needs it; Everyone keep goin!

So instead of "SS" you will be "ME" Ha,I cracked myself up! Thanks for the tip from the slender lady. My relationship with food is not healthy. But, I won't give up trying. Thank you MaryL for checking in on the board this week. Just because you are not "SS" doesn't mean you won't have a nugget of knowledge to share.
