Sorry I have been MIA. I ended up getting this horrible stomach virus that is making the rounds. I had been feeling under the weather while in MD but assumed it was travel and sleep deprivation related. Evidently not. I got walloped with a few days of misery. Today things are better, but I'm as weak as an over cooked noodle.

Hope you have all been making some progress. Even though a lot of us are under gray skies right now, the warmer days are here and the progress we make today will be greatly appreciated during those early days of hot summer weather.
