Looking at your list of upcoming challenges, I am impressed by the fact that you have so many positive and enjoyable events to look forward to. Yes..there will be food...but there will also be family and fun and celebrating and music and so many good things! I believe you will be able to focus on all these wonderful experiences while keeping food in the background where it belongs. In the big picture, it really is the least important factor. Since these events are annual ones for you, at least you know pretty much exactly what to expect which makes it easier to be prepared. Just think..next year you can be attending all these same events at your goal weight!
