Paul McKenna has been around for years. I love his books and jokingly have called him my "British boyfriend".
He has written many great books including "I Can Make You Quit Smoking" and " I Can Make You Thin". In his weight loss books his approach uses intuitive eating along with certain techniques which have been employed in a number of different ways, including a technique once used in Seriavo- Yugoslavia, used during their war to help people with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. A Tapping Technique is also recommended: the wrist, forehead, different pressure points, eye movements, and thought process changes are used to banish cravings. I have some of his cds that are recommended for hypnosis. He may have come out with a new approach for emotional eating. If so I will look forward to seeing what he has to offer.
