I was wondering if anyone has used a mini trampoline/rebounder in their fitness routine? I used to have one YEARS ago, but recently read an article about using it for fitness. I did some research and just ordered one. It is supposed to be better on the joints than walking and it is supposed to burn calories at a pretty decent rate. I won't get it until next Monday, but I can give feedback after I've been using it for awhile if anyone is interested. And if anyone else has used one, I'd love your feedback and tips, too. Thanks!
