I was wondering if anyone has used a mini trampoline/rebounder in their fitness routine? I used to have one YEARS ago, but recently read an article about using it for fitness. I did some research and just ordered one. It is supposed to be better on the joints than walking and it is supposed to burn calories at a pretty decent rate. I won't get it until next Monday, but I can give feedback after I've been using it for awhile if anyone is interested. And if anyone else has used one, I'd love your feedback and tips, too. Thanks!

We actually had one when I was a teenager a million years ago, (mid to late 70's). It was a new thing then and my parents bought one for exercise. I used it because I had always had bad knees and it definitely was easier on them then any impact type exercise. It was a bit larger then the ones they sell now and it was square. I jogged on it every day and did other moves to get my cardio. I loved it!
